Naturally, the distinction between the terrain should be in accordance with the wishes of the developer, but the recommendations of the specialists should also be heard in order not to obtain an overly incorrect plan. Experienced architects and landscape designers recommend that the expected percentage ratio of functional areas be maintained. The final picture should be approximately:

• The smallest area is a residential area. It shall be approximately 10 per cent of the total territory;
• The establishment of recreational and economic zones should leave some 15 per cent of the area;
• The remaining 75 per cent should go to the area of the garden and the fruit garden.
