1. First of all, it's necessary to purchase one pack of artificial stones that you're enjoying. In most cases, one package contains not more than one square metre of stone.
Half a square metre of stone shall be placed on the MDF stove. All parts should be accommodated, while the gap between the tiles should be kept approximately one centimetre. There's no stone rule, so you can experiment boldly. Then every stone should be glued with silicone.
2. The MDF trimmings will be useful to make the boards slightly above the edges of the stones. It'll be enough to record them with self-response, then the silicone has to make sure the polyurethane doesn't leak during his bay.
The future form should be displayed flatly using the level. It'll help you get a uniform without heights.
3. Once the silicon's cold, it's necessary to cover the deck and the stone itself. One of the main elements in the divider is the SAF or, in other words, polyvinyl alcohol, which, after decompression, creates a thin layer of film on the surface. Once the separator has crystallized, it should be moved directly to the bay.
4. A two-way polyurethane is used to fill the deck. One contains a liquid of red colour, in the second white and more dense. Wes will be needed to measure 500 millilitres from each canister. They should then be poured into the bucket and mixed by the mixer. Mixed liquid is poured into a prepared deck.
